Requesting Donations
All donation requests for sponsorship, bus passes, etc. must be submitted to the CityLink Marketing Department and must adhere to the following criteria:
- Requests must be submitted on official letterhead at least one month prior to the need either by mail, email or fax;
- Only non-profits who are 501(c)(3) organizations that submit the appropriate paperwork as proof will be considered for bus pass donations;
- Each school or non-profit organization will be allocated no more than $200 worth of bus passes in any given fiscal year;
- Final approval for all donations will be authorized by the Marketing Department.
