Shuttle Service for the Airport and County Jail During Detour – Routes 7 John Gwynn and 15 Lincoln
Starting January 2, 2026, Illinois Route 116 Harmon Highway west of Peoria will be closed for a significant Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) bridge replacement project.
