Peoria Rivermen Jersey Raffle for Stuff-A-Bus Donations
The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District / CityLink will hold a Peoria Rivermen jersey raffle for the 38th Annual Stuff-A-Bus food drive. Members of the CityLink Community Engagement team will be at the Kroger in Pekin (1607 Broadway St.) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each four donations of non-perishable items will equal one entry into the raffle for the chance to win a signed authentic PEANUTS Peoria Rivermen hockey jersey. This raffle opportunity will only be valid during the time the team is present at Kroger. The winner will be notified on Monday, December 1, 2025 to coordinate picking up the jersey.
For the past 38 years, CityLink has hosted the Stuff-A-Bus food drive to help eliminate hunger in Peoria. With a long partnership with Kroger to collect enough food to stuff a CityLink bus, the donations collected during the annual food drive benefit the food pantry at the Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service. In a year, the Peoria Friendship House food pantry provides an average of 150,000 meals to those dealing with hunger in Peoria. The 2025 campaign began on October 10, and it will conclude on December 1. The goal this year is to collect 10 tons or more of food. Donations can be purchased or dropped off at all Kroger store locations in Peoria, East Peoria and Pekin.
