CityLink Offering Complimentary 2022 Peoria Historical Calendar on Nov. 17

The public can receive a complimentary 2022 Peoria Historical Calendar in exchange for a non-perishable food donation to the 34th Annual Stuff-A-Bus food drive at the CityLink Transit Center (407 SW Adams St.) or CityLink Administrative offices (2105 NE Jefferson Ave.) on Wednesday, November 17. Representatives from CityLink will be in the Transit Center lobby from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. that day; however, individuals may still receive a calendar in exchange for a donation at the Customer Service window until the window closes at 5:30 p.m. that day. The calendars will also be available at the CityLink Administrative offices from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. that day.

The 2022 Peoria Historical Calendar features photographs of local residences that offer a look at the exteriors of some of the grand homes that once lined the neighborhoods of Peoria. The photographs and historical content for this year’s calendar were provided by the Peoria Historical Society and Bradley University Special Collections Center.

The 2022 Peoria Historical Calendar will continue to be available at the Transit Center and the CityLink Administration offices for a suggested donation of $5. All proceeds collected for the calendar will be donated to the Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service.
