CityLink Announces Kofi Kisseh as New General Manager
The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District / CityLink is proud to announce Kofi Kisseh as the new General Manager. With over 10 years’ experience in transportation safety and management, Kofi came to CityLink with an extensive background and knowledge that enhances our customer experience and overall safety practices. Prior to joining CityLink in April of 2024 as the Assistant General Manager, he held positions as Transportation Director in Rhode Island and Safety Training & Security Director in Massachusetts. In January 2025, he became the Interim General Manager when then General Manager Dr. John Myers stepped down.
Kofi holds an M.Sc. in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and a B.A. in Psychology. Among other Transportation/Safety professional certifications, Kofi is a Certified Director of Pupil Transportation (CDPT). As General Manager, Kofi will continue to diligently work with the CityLink team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the City of Peoria and its surrounding communities.
