There has been a lot of activity at CityLink’s facilities on NE Jefferson the past month! The latest updates from the new paint/body shop (Phase A) and the new maintenance and administrative facilities (Phase B) construction project for CityLink, are below.
Phase A – Rear Building (Paint/Body Shop):
Punch List – 97% complete
Close Out Documents – 99% complete from subcontractor
Design team reviewing
Dries Plumbing/ANJ Electric
New breaker is in and installed
Pending owner training
River City Construction (RCC) coordinating with CityLink
Currently 99% complete on Phase A
Phases B, C, & D:
ANJ installing duct bank west of garage
Mid-States Precast – Installed precast panels
Will be back to clean and caulk panels
Hanley (United Ironworkers) – Erecting garage building steel & decking
RCC (L2 Structures) – Installed tent
Phase BCD – 26.15% construction complete
