New Construction Project Update – Nov. 2022

There has been a lot of activity at CityLink’s facilities on NE Jefferson the past month! The latest updates from the new paint/body shop (Phase A) and the new maintenance and administrative facilities (Phase B) construction project for CityLink, are below.

Phase A – Rear Building (Paint/Body Shop):

• Punch List – 97% complete
• Close Out Documents – 99% complete from subcontractor
  • Design team reviewing
• Dries Plumbing/ANJ Electric
  • New breaker is in and installed
  • Pending owner training
    • River City Construction (RCC) coordinating with CityLink
• Currently 99% complete on Phase A

Phases B, C, & D:

• ANJ installing duct bank west of garage
• Mid-States Precast – Installed precast panels
  • Will be back to clean and caulk panels
• Hanley (United Ironworkers) – Erecting garage building steel & decking
• RCC (L2 Structures) – Installed tent
• Phase BCD – 26.15% construction complete
