CityLink Welcomes ShamRA Robinson as Assistant Director of Operations
CityLink recently welcomed ShamRA Robinson as the new Assistant Director of Operations. She was previously employed at the City of Peoria for 17 years, most recently working as a Management Analyst in the City Manager’s Office. Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Strategic Leadership.
In Robinson’s role as Assistant Director of Operations at CityLink, she is overseeing certain aspects of the fixed route operations; overseeing the district’s paratransit and rural transportation services (CityLift and CountyLink) and its contract with Transdev for the management and operations of these services. She is also responsible for managing the district’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and programs; overseeing planning; and cultivating community partnerships.
Robinson is a native and current resident of Peoria. She is married and has one daughter.
