Inaugural High-Tech Ag and Diesel Career Expo

CityLink participated in the first ever High-Tech Ag and Diesel Career Expo at Illinois Central College on September 13. CityLink was one of more than 20 local businesses utilizing agricultural and/or diesel technologies to participate in this inaugural event.

The goal of this event was for participating businesses to showcase their vehicles and provide current and prospective students with information on their available agriculture and/or diesel technology career opportunities. CityLink brought one the hybrid buses for those in attendance to tour and check out the engine, along with information on several of the career opportunities available in the Maintenance Department that require experience with diesel powered equipment.
